The Inn was conveniently located, just a block away from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and full-size fridge. a great stay for a one-night getaway. Will consider returning in the future. 👍

One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome and gave us useful advice about the local area.

The common areas of the hotel showed signs of wear, with worn carpeting and walls in need of fresh paint. Another drawback was the lack of an elevator, which could be difficult for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a microwave, mini fridge, and table & chairs. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and in a cute town with shops and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel were not up to par. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned between guests and there were issues with broken window mechanisms and security locks.

This was a great one-night stay for just the two of us. The Inn had a convenient location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants on the main drag. The room was exceptionally spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed at. The check-in process was friendly and efficient. The room had a small kitchen, suitable for basic meals, and was very clean. The Inn also had a DIY laundry facility, which was useful. The nearby breakfast diner and small restaurants were a great option. The Black Sheep Pub had a fantastic atmosphere and served delicious food.

The studio room was spacious and comfortable for three adults. The bank of windows overlooking the trees was amazing. The kitchen amenities were great, making our stay convenient. Plus, the room was really clean!

The beds were full-size instead of queen and needed replacement. The sheets were made of polyester or poly-mix and didn't fit properly.

The location was perfect, with the beach just across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby. There was also a theater within walking distance and a boardwalk to enjoy. I especially liked the convenience of having a fridge in the room, making it easy to store snacks and drinks. Another great aspect was the ample parking available, which was a relief as finding parking in this area can sometimes be a challenge.

One downside was the lack of an elevator, which made it difficult to reach our room on the 3rd floor. It would have been much more convenient if there was an elevator available.

I recently stayed at an inn in Niantic for a few nights and it was perfect for my needs. The location of the inn was excellent, just steps away from the Niantic Boardwalk. There was also a lovely café right across the road. The rooms were spacious and well furnished, and I appreciated the availability of laundry facilities on the property. One of the best things about the inn was that it was set back from the main road, so I didn't have to deal with any street noise. my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel's location is its best feature, as it is within walking distance of a small beach which was absolutely beautiful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

Nothing all excellent.

The bed was dreamy soft, comfy, and provided 6 nights of sound sleep! The room was spacious and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. The central location was perfect, allowing for easy walking to shops, grocery stores, movie theaters, beaches, and banks.

The rooms could use updating and freshening up, with some evidence of dampness. The air conditioning was noisy and could be bothersome.

The location is amazing! We chose the Inn because of its proximity to many restaurants, shopping, the beach and boardwalk. We walked everywhere. The pass to the beach is a nice bonus! The room was large and furnished perfectly with full size fridge, kitchenette, dining set, couch/futon, and plenty of storage. Check in was easy and quick. The staff at the Inn are very friendly and courteous.

The Studio room, spacious and comfortable, amazing windows, great kitchen amenities. Lovely town, beach across the street, convenient parking, pass provided. Friendly staff, accommodating early check-in, safe and secluded inn, well-maintained with beachy fragrance. Ideal location, excellent restaurants, beautiful setting.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The Niantic Inn in Niantic was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and had a studio apartment feel, complete with a kitchenette and a separate sink area. It was clean, quiet, and provided a comfortable stay. The location was central but peaceful, with a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. it had a charming New England vibe and was perfect for a weekend getaway or family vacation.
