Great location, 9 blocks from Bourbon St. Excellent staff, convenient check-in/out process. Spacious room with fun decor, chilly refrigerator, and comfy bed. Lightweight robes, lovely toiletries, and good hot shower. A/C worked well. A delightful experience overall.

We loved the location of the hotel, just 5 minutes from Canal St and 10 minutes from the beautiful French Quarter and the mad Bourbon St. It's in the middle of everything, not Bourbon St, which was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the noise and hassle of the quarter. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were also tremendous services and options for food just outside the hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a great area outside of the busy touristy area, but still walking distance to many attractions. The service was exceptional, with room service available and daily housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, even providing a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. The fitness centre was an added bonus, allowing me to stay on track with my workouts while on vacation.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely recommend it to any family looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Location, location, location! We stayed in a hotel near a back street, which was perfect for us "late nighters" exploring the city until the early hours. It was so easy to walk to everything from this central location, and we were close to the port but still in the heart of the action. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff offered fantastic service throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a minibar and snack bar in the room for added convenience. The walls were a bit thin, but the unique hotel facilities and wonderful restaurant made up for that.

Great stay! the location is key to everything: restaurants, downtown, drinks, and business areas. Very comfortable bed and pillows! Without a doubt, the best complement was the fruit bowl waiting for us in the room. We appreciated the extra touch! the staff is lovely. They make you feel welcome.

The bathroom was a bit small, but considering the reasonable price, that was expected. the towels looked shabby.

The hotel lobby had a great atmosphere and the restaurant offered fantastic food. the hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We also appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks available in the lobby.

The rooms were a letdown. We found the cleanliness to be lacking and the single-pane windows made it difficult to sleep due to noise from the street, including early-morning dust carts and road work.

the staff at the Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery were incredibly helpful, from the front door to the reception desk, bar, and restaurant. the tastefully decorated hotel provided a great atmosphere, and my room was excellent with a comfortable bed. Despite some minor issues with the shower needing updating and a few cracked tiles, I had a wonderful stay overall. the hotel is definitely a great place to stay in and is conveniently located within walking distance of the French Quarter.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The internal room was very comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. We had an amazing dinner and cocktails at the hotel restaurant. Despite the noisy hallways, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Overall I'd highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable New Orleans experience.

I had a really nice surprise staying at this hotel in the Warehouse District. The room was well-appointed, with a comfortable king size bed and nice amenities. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable. Plus, the central location was perfect for exploring the city.

Everything was ok.

We had a great stay at this stylishly done hotel. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the center of the French Quarter. We felt safe walking back at night. The room was dark and quiet, perfect for getting over jet lag. The hotel had a cool decor with exposed brick and art. The staff were friendly and the bed was extremely comfortable. The mini bar and in-room snack prices were reasonable, and there was even a variable speed ceiling fan in the room. a great experience.

our second stay was even better than the first! the staff is extremely friendly and the beds are amazing. the location is perfect - close to all the excitement of new orleans but still quiet enough to relax. we really appreciated the attention to detail, like the newly added shower doors. can't wait for our next trip!
