The Palms Cliff House Inn was a charming, romantic hotel with outstanding ocean views. The rooms were comfortable and had a cozy island feel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. The breakfasts were delicious, and the porch where we ate had a lovely ambiance.

Liked the beautiful location of the hotel, with stunningly gorgeous views. The room was nicely decorated and had some lovely details. The breakfast was okay, but the highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, which we thoroughly enjoyed during our romantic escape. The hotel was also conveniently located, although it was about 9 miles from the restaurants in the area.

Disliked the fact that they only provided one set of shampoo for the entire duration of our stay. Also, the garbage wasn't emptied regularly, which led to some unpleasant smells.

We even saw whales from the porch while enjoying our meals. it was an excellent Hawaiian vacation experience, and we would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a charming and scenic place to unwind.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. We had easy access to a beautiful botanical garden and a short hike to Akaka Falls. Our room had a fantastic view of the ocean, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The host was very welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious.

We did experience some initial discomfort due to the hot temperature in our room on arrival. However, this was easily resolved by turning on the air conditioning, which required some climbing to reach the remote.
