The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the helpful staff made up for occasional busyness. Clean bedding and spacious bathrooms were a plus. The updated hotel and good location almost made up for the noise issues and lack of parking included in the package.

The modern brasserie where I indulged in local delicacies added to the delightful stay.

I was disappointed by the lack of concierge service to assist with navigating my stay. the inability of the front desk to help with a simple birthday request was a letdown.

the view from the 17th floor was jaw-dropping! it made up for the pricey breakfast. Within walking distance to all the hotspots. Staff was 💯 friendly. A slight musty smell in the room, but overall 👌.

Delicious Food: The hotel's signature chef-driven restaurant served the most delectable California cuisine. I had the pleasure of indulging in a mouthwatering trio of fish tacos that left my taste buds singing. The flavors were as vibrant and exciting as the city itself.

the hotel is fully renovated and clean. excellent location - easy walk to union square - the embarcadero, and montgomery bart station. discovered the yerba buena gardens and open space behind the hotel. the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Attended the Pride Parade with Dignity Health and the location was perfect. Amazing view from my room on the 29th floor. Large TV with a great selection of channels. Check-in was quick and the valet staff was excellent. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is dog-friendly and felt safe. a delightful and comfortable stay at The Westin.

Enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown Soma. Renovated rooms were lovely, excellent city views and convenient location. However, irritated by undisclosed $25 per night facility fee. Despite this, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Would return with clearer pricing transparency.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city center and in a safe area. We were able to easily explore the Financial District and the SoMa district, thanks to its prime location. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had modern amenities. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with the most gorgeous view of San Francisco's skyline right outside our window. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including many healthy choices. It was a great way to start our day, especially considering that the included rate was very affordable.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Soma for a conference. The location was perfect, with museums, shopping, and restaurants within walking distance. The corner room on the top floor had breathtaking views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom was perfect. The hotel had a modern and welcoming decor, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I loved the eco-friendly initiatives, with water bottle fillers in the lobby and soap/shampoo dispensers in the rooms. Bravo for reducing waste!

we had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Soma. our room had a breathtaking view, spacious and comfy, with helpful staff. the location was perfect, close to Union Square, financial district, and BART station. the hotel was recently updated, clean, and even provided a crib and fridge upon request. nearby attractions like Yerba Buena gardens added to our experience.

The service at this hotel was amazing! the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We were particularly impressed with the text service, which helped us even before we arrived. the check-in process was smooth and Raichel did a wonderful job assisting us. the room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. the comfortable bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenient TV equipped with Chromecast. the central location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore Market Street and access public transportation.

The hotel didn't offer any resort-type amenities, so it was unclear why this fee was charged. the parking fees were quite expensive, so we recommend using ride-sharing or public transportation instead.
