The facility was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was thoughtful and served with cloth napkins. The staff was very helpful and nice. The location was close to everything in the great area for shopping and dining in Highlands.

Great location right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to offer suggestions on what to do and see in the area. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The noise from the street could get quite loud, especially at night. There was also a lack of soundproofing in the walls, as we could hear our neighbors talking and the noise from the hallway.
