During my stay at this charming third-story suite, the hotel facilities were exceptional with exquisite Victorian bathtub & stunning water views. the breakfast prepared by the staff was superb, and the location for birdwatching added a tranquil touch to my fishing trips.

Floor was warped, hard air mattress.

Staff kindly helped me retrieve forgotten documents. This spot fits perfectly , has Free Wi, Fi, Free parking, Snack bar. Returning for a romantic getaway.

The hotel is located on the Tres Palacios Bay in a quaint, sleepy town. the rooms are tastefully decorated, with some offering a clawfoot tub. Breakfast is scrumptious, and the hostess shares fascinating area heritage info.

A few minor maintenance issues could be improved.

We were impressed with the exclusive amenities, including the in-room breakfast and the private facilities. the room advantages were top-notch, and the location advantages provided a peaceful and beautiful experience. the views were breathtaking and made for a perfect retreat from our busy lives.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service. We experienced a slight delay in getting our questions answered from the reception desk.

We enjoyed our city break at the B&B. the breakfast was delightful, providing complimentary fruit and coffee. the location was ideal as it was close to the bay, making it perfect for activities such as fishing and kayaking. the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

The area was infested with mosquitoes, limiting our time spent outdoors. there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom with cobwebs and a dirty towel.

The Sunrise Room at this coastal B&B offers a comfortable stay with a beautiful view of the bay. Guests can enjoy waking up to the sunrise over the water and taking in the peaceful surroundings. The room is well-appointed and provides a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway. Additionally, the location is ideal, being situated on the east bay side of Matagorda Bay and offering easy access to other attractions elsewhere on the coast.

The other common areas of the hotel are not as well-maintained as the Sunrise Room.
