The lobby area was recently renovated and looked amazing. Complimentary muffins, fruit, water, and coffee were provided. The staff, especially the young lady who checked me in, were extremely nice and accommodating. The room was clean and I couldn't hear any noises from other rooms.

During our stay at Carolina Pine Inn Near Southern Pines-Pinehurst, we were impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff. When we arrived late due to a car accident, they allowed my sister-in-law to check us in and even arranged for our room to be prepared ahead of time. They went above and beyond by allowing our luggage to be dropped off in our room. Additionally, when there was a power outage, the staff made the best accommodations possible to ensure our comfort.

The room we initially received was not up to par. It was in the process of being cleaned, with flies buzzing around and trash on the floor.

It offers character and is well maintained. the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and gave helpful recommendations about the local area. I also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer, which was convenient. Additionally, the peaceful pool provided a relaxing escape.

I recently stayed at Carolina Pine Inn for a business trip and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a charming, "dated" feel and I can imagine it was exceptional when it was part of the now closed golf course. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Pauline who was very sweet when I arrived late. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Despite the kitchen being closed, the manager made us a meal after a long delay on Thanksgiving Sunday. I also appreciated the non-smoking policy and pet-friendly atmosphere.
