We had a fantastic stay at a ski-in/ski-out hotel with beautiful views, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the village and with direct access to the ski slopes. The hotel amenities were excellent, with clean facilities and convenient services such as ski and boot rental. The staff made us feel at home and provided nice touches like turn down service, chocolates, and hot drinks in the afternoon. it was an ideal ski hotel with everything we needed for a great stay.

Perfect location for skiing; right behind the house, there is a trial leading to the lifts, and a "skiway" leading back to the rear entrance. Huge room with a large window overlooking the resort and mountains. Friendly staff made us feel at home. Nice bathroom amenities and refillable products. Early morning and afternoon hot beverages available, and evening entertainment. Valet service worked impeccably. a great experience!

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, right on the mountain and just a short walk to the lifts. The ski-in/ski-out access made it easy for us to hit the slopes early in the morning. The spacious room with its stunning mountain views was a highlight, and the bathroom amenities were a pleasant surprise. The friendly staff made us feel right at home and were always available to assist with any questions or needs. The small touches like hot beverages and cookies in the afternoon added a cozy touch to our stay.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. the hotel offered great amenities such as a gym, pool, hot tub, spa, and sauna, which were all enjoyable during our stay. the location of the hotel was convenient and they provided a shuttle service to the nearby village and ski area.

During our stay, there was a family conference happening at the hotel which resulted in noise and disruptions. the hotel staff did their best to manage the situation, but it did impact our overall experience.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at The Pines Lodge. The views from the restaurant, rooms, and heated pool & hot tub were breathtaking. Our 2 queen bed room with a small balcony overhang provided a luxurious experience. The resort shuttle was convenient, and the staff was friendly. Clean facilities and daily cookies and tea at 3:30 added a nice touch. Highly recommended for the price.

As adventure travelers, we loved the ski-in/ski-out access with a trail leading to the lifts and a skiway back to the hotel. The large windows in our room provided stunning views of the resort and mountains. The friendly staff made us feel at home, and we appreciated the refillable bathroom amenities. The complimentary hot beverages, cookies, and entertainment in the evenings were a nice touch. The valet service was also impeccable, and we would gladly stay here again.

The lobby could use a bit of updating and felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.

The Pines Lodge was a great value for our recent stay. The rooms were clean and up to date, with great appointments. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed delicious dinners at the Grouse Mountain Grill and Splendido, both located conveniently nearby. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The view from our room was incredible! the mountains were so beautiful to wake up to. And the staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. One thing we really liked was the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning on each floor. It was such a nice touch and made our mornings even better.

There were a few things that we didn't like. the dinner service was a bit disappointing.

The on-site restaurant, The Gross Mountain Grill, is a fantastic dining option. The hotel also offers great amenities such as a gym, pool, hot tub, spa, and sauna. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The location is perfect, with a shuttle available to the village and ski area. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a great view. The amenities, like the fitness center and heated pool, were top-notch. The staff, especially Abby who checked us in, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The valet service and shuttle were convenient. I highly recommend Pines Lodge and will definitely be returning soon!

Great value for the location! the hotel offers breathtaking views and the rooms are modern and well-equipped. We enjoyed the nice appointments and the overall ambiance of the property. the hotel is also conveniently located for skiing, with a short distance to the run/lift. Additionally, we had two amazing dinners during our stay at the Grouse Mountain Grill and Splendido, both within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was also good, although a bit pricey.
