We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff made us feel special and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were cool and young, with a cozy sitting area by the fireplace and typewriters to play around with. We loved starting our morning with a cup of coffee in the bar and the restaurant food was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the harbor in a great area of town. We were able to explore the city on foot and visit many wonderful restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the parking was convenient. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, polite, and full of energy. They greeted us with a warm welcome and took the time to ask about our plans and offer recommendations. The service we received was excellent and made us feel truly welcome during our stay.

One negative aspect was the layout of our room. The bathroom door being right next to the bed was quite awkward, especially since it was frosted glass.

I had an incredible 10th wedding anniversary celebration at The Press! The front desk upgraded our room to make our stay even more special. The room was modern and immaculately clean, with beautiful art from local artists. We were even surprised with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a personalized card for our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond, always going the extra mile. One morning, Joshua from the front desk even helped me with a tray of breakfast items. On our last night, we were treated to a complimentary drink due to our delayed flight. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of everything in downtown Portland. Special shout outs to AJ, Joshua, and the valet drivers Brian and Kelvin. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. The hotel felt unique and special. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated with a lovely view. The gym was well equipped and clean. I loved the delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant. Autograph Collection exceeded my expectations.

I had a fantastic time staying here! The location was excellent, within walking distance to many great restaurants and down to the waterfront and the Old Port. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and I appreciated the free shuttle service they offered as well as the room service. My room was really comfortable, with great amenities such as a fridge and a flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the bar and lounge area, which had live entertainment and a great vibe.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the oversized bathroom was simply gorgeous. The Union restaurant serves an array of delicious meals, including red corn beef hash with eggs and seafood stew, all served by a great wait staff.
