This resort sits right in the heart of Death Valley, making it super easy to enjoy all the amazing sights like Harmony Borax Works, just a 2.5 km stroll away, and the fascinating Borax Museum, which is only a two-minute walk from the hotel;

Perfect spot for families, close to all the scenic views. Large pools and ice cream parlor were big hits with the kids.

It wasn't cheap, but definitely worth the experience.

The restaurant options were a huge letdown. The buffet had the most basic and uninspiring food, while the saloon's prices were outrageous. I felt trapped with no other choices in the area, and I definitely didn’t get my money’s worth.

The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and with a lovely pool to relax by. We also loved the amenities and recreational activities available, perfect for keeping us entertained. Now, onto the room. The cottage we stayed in was super cute and felt very private, which we appreciated. the room itself was quite shabby and not as clean as we would have liked. The carpet was really dirty and ancient, and we even found some old beer bottles left by previous guests. It would have been nice to see more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. In terms of meal options, we found them to be somewhat limited and on the pricey side for what was offered. It would have been great to have more variety and maybe some more affordable choices. the food in general was quite expensive and not the best quality. We paid a lot for a meal that wasn't really worth it. the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. The pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed spending time there with a beautiful view. The Ranch has a lot of potential with its great location and amenities, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement, especially in terms of room cleanliness and meal options. It was a mixed experience for us, but we still managed to have a good time despite the shortcomings.

Superb spot with great AC and comfy rooms. Loved the living room area in the cottages. Pool was heated with shaded spots, perfect for chilling. Restaurant food exceeded my low expectations, enjoyed the ribs! Easy access to famous Death Valley spots and a nice general store for last-minute needs.

Some areas could use a facelift, like the dated rooms and high prices at the general store. Communication mishaps, such as a closed restaurant despite a reservation, were inconvenient.

The cottages were a nice retreat in the oasis of Death Valley. Enjoyed the separate living space and warm pool. Close to famous spots. Saloon food was surprisingly good. However, food on-site was overpriced, power outage left guests hungry, and staff seemed indifferent. Beautiful location but mixed experience overall.

The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds that were comfortable. A lovely patio with chairs outside added a nice touch for enjoying the evening. The temperature was pleasant, sitting around 90 degrees, making it comfortable during the stay. the bright light at the end of the building somewhat obstructed my view of the stars. Cleanliness was an issue, with a half-eaten pack of chips found in the drawer. Noise from door hinges could be improved as well, causing disturbances during the night. the layout and size stood out positively, but maintenance could use attention.

The property had a beautiful courtyard fountain and a cozy outdoor fireplace by the saloon, perfect for winter evenings. The natural spring fed pool was warm and swimmable even in winter. The staff surprised us with free dessert for our anniversary dinner, and the breakfast bar had plenty of options for all tastes.

Some staff lacked knowledge about the property, and communication was lacking. The prices for food were quite high, even considering the remote desert location.

Incredible location for exploring the park! The heated pool was the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventures. The staff made us feel so welcome and even let us check in early. Absolutely adored my time here!
