Close to restaurants and shopping, with a summer concert nearby in June. The room had exposed beams, giving it a charming and rustic ambiance. The bed was super comfy, and we loved being next to the river in a nice town. I'll recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near a 7 a.m. destination. Helpful staff with directions. Big, clean room, and wonderful staff. Historic, unique property in appealing neighborhood near Erie Canal. Ample space in room with comfortable beds. Downtown location with many restaurants, cafés, and churches within walking distance. Safe area with locks for boats nearby.

The hotel location is amazing; we were able to walk to most nearby attraction points. the staff was friendly and offered bath products that smelled amazing. Complimentary breakfast was simple but enough to start the day, there wasn't much variety, but we enjoyed the coffee.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and we had to wait for a while in the lobby. everything was okay, but not the experience we hoped for.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to a nearby school in Oswego. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, and I found it to be a great value for money. The rustic décor of the room with double queen beds was very nice and charming. The staff was friendly and attentive to detail. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and shopping.

No negative aspects to report, all was ok!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with fluffy towels and nice bath products. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.
