I had a fantastic stay at The Reef. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the beach and restaurants. It was in a quiet area, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Aquafina and Lisa, were incredibly hospitable and attentive, making me feel like a guest at an elite hotel. Their genuine and generous nature went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

The front desk staff was outstanding, though not frequently seen. They were there when needed. Breakfast didn't exist, but the location was excellent. Early check-in was allowed and a room issue was promptly resolved by moving to a nearby property. Clean rooms with daily sheet changes. Quick response to key issue.
