Our stay at The Reserve at Summer Bay was truly wonderful. The property exceeded our expectations, as the online pictures simply don't do it justice. The cleanliness and overall quality of the property were top-notch. We were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay for an additional two days. The staff, particularly Lina at the front desk, provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Lina's outstanding service made a lasting impression on us and is one of the reasons we would love to return. The only minor downside was the limited pool hours, but we understand the need for consideration of other guests who may be sleeping after 10 pm. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The property was much nicer and cleaner than the pictures online indicated. The staff, especially Lina at the front desk, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to accommodate us and other guests. The location was convenient and had great facilities, including a pool with reasonable hours.

The limited pool hours can be inconvenient for guests who may want to relax or swim after 10.

The place was sparkling clean and cozy. the pictures I saw online didn't do it justice, it was 10 times better in person! the staff was amazing; they generously catered to our every need. Lina, in particular, gave exceptional service. I'd give her a 10 out of 10 for her fabulous customer service, which we'll never forget.

The pool closes early at 10 pm, but considering that some visitors may be sleeping during this time, I can understand why they'd do that. Other than that, our stay was such an outstanding experience, we decided to extend our vacation for an extra 2 days.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area and enjoy nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with Lina at the front desk going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a bath/shower available for our convenience. The kitchenette was an added bonus, allowing us to prepare meals when we wanted to dine in. The dining options were impressive, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. The leisure swimming pool was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were also appreciated.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
