The indoor water slides were so much fun and the staff was incredibly friendly. DEFINITELY coming back! the water park was even better in person.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were impeccably clean, and having easy access to grocery stores and attractions was a big plus. the location, just outside the main hustle and bustle but still close to everything, was perfect. the picnic area was a great spot to relax, and the bonus coupon for a nearby pancake house was a nice touch.

To improve, maybe consider extending the check-out time for families with kids who need a little extra time in the morning. updating the wristbands to prevent water damage would enhance the overall guest experience.

i had a fantastic time at governor's crossing. the staff was exceptional, and the location was perfect for our activities, including the nearby tanger mall, apple barn, and restaurants. the condo-style rooms were spacious, and the pool was a hit with its variety of slides for all ages. having a washer and dryer in the room was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable.

Loved the pool area and the fun outdoor activities like kids golf; the pool attendant was super friendly too. The staff quickly fixed the sheet and kept the hallways clean. Enjoyed the relaxed vibe, especially the movie nights and s'mores! The only downside was a few pesky spiders and a leak in the room, but overall, the amenities and service were top-notch. 🌟

We hit the slides like a boss and even had a blast playing water volleyball. The pirate ship playground was lit - we felt like true pirates conquering the high seas!

The only thing that could've made our vacay even more epic would be a cool poolside DJ for some sick tunes.

cleanliness was top-notch. the location is so convenient; close to pigeon forge and not far from gatlinburg. loads of local dining options nearby, and the staff have great discounts. the indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for the kids.

The lovely stone fireplace in the lobby created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for us senior folks to relax in the evenings. The general areas of the hotel were easy to navigate, with comfortable seating and spacious walkways that made it accessible for senior people to move around comfortably. Additionally, the local trolley service was a convenient way for us to explore the area without having to worry about driving.

I would suggest that the children of the staff could be more attentive to the needs of senior guests, ensuring that all rooms are fully equipped with necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I keep returning to a welcoming place with helpful staff. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, indoor and outdoor pools, game room, fitness center. It's a memorable experience, and I'm looking forward to coming back for Easter.

The property offers a fantastic outdoor water park with water features, a slide, lazy river, and hot tub. We had a blast at the outdoor water park - it felt like a mini adventure park for the whole family. The high-speed water slides provided adrenaline-pumping fun, and the lazy river was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains.

Hairdryers could be improved.

We had a fantastic time at Resort At Governor'S Crossing. the outdoor pools were a blast for the kids. the lifeguards were great with them. the balcony overlooking the pool was a favorite spot, and having a complete kitchen was super convenient. the wristbands for door access were handy, and the game rooms were a lot of fun.

I recently stayed at The Resort At Governor's Crossing for a week-long family vacation. The indoor water park and outdoor lazy river with a playground were a hit with the kids. The room was spacious and having a kitchen and living room made it feel like a home away from home. Additionally, the proximity to restaurants and shopping centers was convenient. we had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back!

The Resort at Governor's Crossing provided a spacious, clean, and fully equipped room. The apartment had a comfortable king bed, a private balcony with nature views, a full kitchen with all the necessary dishes, a washer/dryer, and a nice bathroom. The hotel's location within walking distance of Sevier Air Trampoline and Ninja Warrior Park and a short drive from Tanger Outlets and Titanic Museum made it convenient for leisure activities.

The only minor inconvenience I experienced during my stay was the strong chlorine smell in the swimming pool. However, this issue was only noticeable on the first night and did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the pool facilities.
