We had a delightful experience at this hotel with exceptional cleanliness, friendly staff, and a lovely courtyard. the location down in the adorable neighborhood was convenient for exploring everything on the Vineyard right by the harbor.

The staff once helped me with a taxi. the stay suits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, storage, outdoor dining, TV, express check, beach. I keep coming back, especially for Xmas.

Despite a minor issue with the heating system, the staff quickly provided a heavy blanket and a space heater to ensure my comfort. The breakfast selection was satisfactory, offering a decent start to the day. The location of the hotel was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The beautiful garden on the premises provided a tranquil setting to relax and unwind. I had a pleasant stay at The Richard and would recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and well-located accommodation option.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the most adorable neighborhood and very close to everything. We loved taking a morning stroll down to the harbor for breakfast. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and the peaceful mornings spent by the water.

That the price was a little higher than what we normally like to spend.

The Richard had a great location on Main Street with shops and restaurants nearby. The inn was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful courtyard and outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing upgrades and special touches for our anniversary celebration. The hotel's proximity to downtown and public transportation made it convenient for exploring the area.

Perfect Stay! the amenities, location, and staff were outstanding during my recent city break. the complementary wine and cheese in the backyard was a delightful surprise after an afternoon stroll in the neighborhood. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot, and the Wi-Fi connection was impeccable. Plus, the cozy and well-decorated lobby made me feel at home while waiting for a taxi.
