I had the best stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right down the slope at Heavenly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-stocked room that included everything I needed, from dishsoap to extra towels and blankets. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a convenient shuttle service that made getting around easy.

Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were also pleased with the basic amenities offered, such as the pool table, spa, and exercise room. this hotel provided great value for money and we highly recommend it.

Liked the spaciousness of the condo and the beautiful view of the slopes. the master bedroom had a huge spa bathtub and the kitchen was well-appointed. the resort also had amenities such as a pool table, spa, and exercise room. the location was convenient, with a parking garage available and a nearby bistro for dining. Though there were some issues with the rooms, overall it was a comfortable stay.

Disliked the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the rooms. Found mouse droppings in the sofa bed and the sliding door to the patio froze shut.

It was all superb.

The Ridge Crest Stateline is hidden in between two mountains, providing a picturesque location that is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms are spacious, with a master bedroom featuring a huge bath tub spa and a separate bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers partial kitchen facilities and its own locked door to an outside alcove. The resort also boasts amenities such as a pool table, spa, and exercise room. The view from the rooms overlooks skiers on the lift and coming down the slopes at Heavenly.

It can be difficult to access the hotel during snow times, as guests may have to travel a few extra miles up the hill to collect the keys.

Beautiful views, spacious condo, and a comfortable sleep number bed made our stay at Ridge Crest enjoyable. The location provided a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I would recommend this hotel.

The views were incredible from the room, especially during the Christmas season. the sleep number bed was a unique experience, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and shopping centers. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room did not have a spa tub as advertised and the description was misleading. the distance to Lake Tahoe was further than anticipated, making it difficult to get around without transportation.
