We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was phenomenal, always going above and beyond to assist us at any hour of the day or night. The rooms were impeccable in terms of cleanliness and had a unique and stylish industrial décor. The concrete/marble floors gave it a pristine feel, and the separate private shower and toilet rooms were a great feature. The hotel also provided amenities such as slippers and clean towels, and each guest had their own locker for storage. The location was fantastic, right across the street from the train station, which made it convenient for transportation. Additionally, the rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in a great Chicago area was perfect for exploring the city. We loved the industrial look of the bathroom and the luxurious Le Labo toiletries provided. The pool on the 6th floor offered breathtaking views of downtown Chicago, and we enjoyed relaxing there with a drink in hand. The food at the Cafe Robey was top-notch, and the breakfast each day exceeded our expectations. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay memorable. We highly recommend it to families looking for a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

Loved the chic vintage aesthetic and the rooftop pool, even got to enjoy it before it opened to the public. Great location, close to public transportation and local shops. Despite a couple of minor room issues, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it. a good experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the unique blend of historic and modern design at The Robey. The hotel exuded a dark and curious quality that added an intriguing atmosphere to my stay. The complimentary upgrade to a corner room with a great view was a wonderful touch.

I arrived late at around 11 pm and found that all the restaurants, bars, and room service within the hotel were closed for the night. It would have been nice if these facilities stayed open later so I could have taken advantage of them.

The staff were really helpful with parking suggestions, and they provided free coffee and cookies in reception. The rooftop bar was a must-visit, with delicious cocktails and a spectacular view.

The parking situation in the neighborhood was inconvenient, and the hotel did not offer complimentary parking with the room. Additionally, the tattered American flag flying on Memorial Day weekend was disgraceful, leaving a negative impression.

I recently had a wonderful staycation with my fiancé at The Robey in a beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean room. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore the city, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also enjoyed the complementary champagne bottle for our celebrations. The rooftop bar, The Up Room, offered breathtaking views of the city, especially at night. our experience at The Robey was unforgettable, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay!

Stunning historic building and stylish rooms, which made for a unique and memorable stay. the breakfasts at the restaurant were absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. the location of the hotel was perfect - just a few minutes from the train station and surrounded by a plethora of great restaurants, vintage shops, bookstores, and cafes. It was an ideal spot for exploring and taking leisurely walks.

The bathroom design was not practical, with the full-length glazed wall to the bedroom making it inconvenient to use the bathroom at night without disturbing the entire room. there were cleanliness issues in the room, such as dusting being missed and previous guests' messages being left untouched.

The hotel staff is phenomenal, always helpful and polite. The rooms are stylish and impeccably clean. The location is ideal, next to the L train station and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The amenities, such as the pool and cafe, are excellent as well.

On the downside, the room prices were quite high, especially when factoring in the local taxes. I also found the mandatory daily charge of $18 to be unnecessary, as it included amenities like yoga classes that I had no interest in.

Despite the small size, my room was well-appointed and quietly situated on the 8th floor. I would definitely choose to stay at The Robey again when I return to Chicago.
