The house had a rich history and the rooms were spacious. the location was convenient, near downtown and the university campuses. the owner was friendly and the breakfast was tasty.

The price we paid at check-out was higher than what we had initially agreed upon. the room was cold upon arrival and there was no one available to address this.

Being within walking distance of the Nebraska State Capitol was also a bonus.

The staff, especially the owner Nora, were exceptional and made my experience even more enjoyable. The free off-street parking was convenient, and the location in a quiet neighborhood was a short drive to downtown.

The bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep in a long time! the stand-up fan in the room was a great addition and kept me cool throughout the night. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Plus, the beautiful setting of the hotel added to the overall charm of my Christmas stay.

The only downside was the lack of sugar-free syrup for the pancakes at breakfast. Although it may seem like a minor detail, it would have been nice if they had been able to accommodate that request.
