Super comfy and clean!

I loved how super clean everything was, and the beds were really comfy. The staff went above and beyond, especially with the shuttle service to the airport. The bathroom was high-tech and fancy. One thing though, the walls are kinda thin, and I heard a loud argument next door, which was a bit unsettling.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had blackout drapes, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The staff, including Ryan at the front desk and Juan in the restaurant, provided exceptional service. The hotel had adjoining rooms, which were spacious and perfect for gatherings. The food, prepared by chef Nick, was fantastic, and Gina served a fabulous breakfast every day.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the outlet mall, allowing me to indulge in some retail therapy. The service was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I especially appreciated the grocery shopping service, as it saved me time and effort. The hotel also offered a range of amenities such as shops, laundry facilities, and an airport shuttle, making my stay even more convenient. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the pet amenities provided showed their dedication to catering to all guests. The room was beautifully furnished and had all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful sleep.

I had an amazing stay at The Rose Chicago! The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with great stores and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Guadalupe at the front desk, was friendly and provided top-notch customer service.

The Tapestry hotel had a great location, close to attractions and with a nice view. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the room/hotel overall was extremely clean. The ambience and modern decor exceeded expectations. The free airport shuttle was timely and the driver was excellent. The bar and restaurant on-site were a nice touch. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The location was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was just a short ride from the airport. the shuttle service was reliable and on time, making our travel to and from the hotel hassle-free. the staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with towels and soap provided. we had a great experience and would definitely consider coming back.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. we were disappointed to discover that we had to pay for parking, considering the hotel's distance from the city center.
