Nothing it is perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kasa The Row! The location was perfect, right by Westfield and Santana Row, which allowed us to easily explore the vibrant shopping and dining scene. The hotel is in a super safe area with convenient parking access. The cherry on top was the abundance of great restaurants nearby. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find that the hotel offered karaoke nights and had a casino night event during our stay. It was so much fun and added an extra layer of entertainment to our trip.

We felt so welcome during our stay at Kasa The Row that we have no complaints at all. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was top-notch.

The hotel is located near the mall and great restaurants, making it easy to find a spot to eat and explore the area. Another plus is the security guard on site and the clean rooms. the coffee and tea options in the room were plentiful and delicious.

the hotel's door and room codes made it difficult to get in when exiting the hotel or trying to retrieve a lost item from the public restroom.
