During my stay at Row, I had a minor inconvenience with the TV not working in my room. I immediately called the front desk, and within 10 minutes, a TV repairman arrived to fix the issue. The staff was quick to respond and resolved the problem in no time. Additionally, the General Manager personally came to my room to ensure everything was in working order. It was reassuring to see their dedication to providing good service. The clean and spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast offered was satisfactory. despite the minor setback, my experience at Row was positive.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything needed, with many nice areas to explore. It is also situated right on the edge of a less desirable area. Guests can enjoy breakfast with good selection, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. Rooms are unique and well-decorated.

My husband and I had a wonderful staycation at The Row. We wanted a break and relaxation, and the hotel delivered. The jacuzzi spa bath in our room was a luxurious touch, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The size of the room was perfect, with a spacious bathroom. The hotel offered a wide selection of delicious breakfast options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially at check-in. The location was ideal, close to attractions like Santana Row and the Westfield Mall. Lastly, the fact that we were able to request a tub in our room without any additional charge was a fantastic perk.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was basic, but we upgraded to a jacuzzi tub which was gigantic! The room had cool blue recessed lighting and a vaulted ceiling, creating a great ambiance. The hotel was tastefully furnished with beautiful black and white framed prints on the walls. The room also had a huge window that opened all the way, providing a wonderful view. The hotel's location was perfect, near Santana Row, and they even had a handicapped accessible room with a roll-in shower. The parking was easy, and the elevator went straight up to our floor from the garage level. The front desk staff were all super friendly and the newly remodeled hotel was clean and well decorated.

I had a nice time at the hotel and the rooms were clean and spacious. However, I did have a with the jacuzzi. When I asked about it, the front desk staff said I needed to request a room with one. It would have been better if they had assigned me a room with a jacuzzi since I paid for it. Additionally, breakfast was gone by 10am, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite these drawbacks, I still enjoyed my stay at Row Hotel. I would recommend this hotel.
