There was a 24/7 open restaurant and room service, and the location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We were even upgraded to a room with a stunning view of LA for no extra cost.

I had an amazing stay at this place in West Hollywood. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to classic West Hollywood hot spots. I loved that I could explore all the areas I was interested in seeing without needing to rent a car. The staff was friendly and always made sure I was taken care of. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I especially appreciated the excellent air conditioning, as it kept me cool during the warm California weather. The hotel also had a pleasant bar and pool area that were open late, which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

Good facilities, excellent shower and bed, useful mini bar, and perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff, great pool area and decor. The diner serves great food with friendly servers. Will return for pool and deck. A place made for partying with 2 pools, amazing poolside service, 24-hour room service, and stocked mini bar. Walking distance to nightclubs and provided earplugs ensure restful sleep.

The pool area is very crowded, especially during the weekend when it turns into a party area. However, the staff are excellent, with attractive and highly proficient servers and attentive housekeeping working to constantly keep the hotel looking great and living up to its reputation. The service was impeccable, from the dry cleaning and laundry options to the room amenities like air conditioning and a well-stocked mini-bar. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch, with delicious food and a vibrant atmosphere. The coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch and helped fuel my mornings. this place truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

The only downside I found was the hotel can get quite busy, especially during the weekends. As a result, the pool area can become crowded and it may not be the most ideal place for families.
