My recent stay at The Star was delightful! We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and charming atmosphere of the inn. The room we stayed in was small but beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. The access to the pool at Congress Hall was a great bonus, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. I had a wonderful experience at The Star and would highly recommend it to others.

As youngsters, we loved the small coffee shop and the close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The pool area at Congress Hall was awesome, and we enjoyed hanging out in the bar/lobby area in the evenings.

We loved the comfortable and fresh Victorian decor with plenty of seating areas to relax. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The outside seating area was a nice touch, and we enjoyed hanging out on the porch of the charming main building. The location was perfect, right next to Congress Hall where we were able to use all the amenities and just a quick walk to the beach.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the beach and the center of town. You can enjoy the view of the ocean and facilities at the sister hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can sit and relax on the porch and enjoy the sun. The hotel offers a good price for a one-night stay.

The hotel hallway can be noisy because of its old structure.

Everything was spot on.

Great central location in town. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Convenient to wake up with an ocean view. Nice size room with king bed, very clean and linens refreshed daily.

No elevator, which could be a problem for some people. Room with poor setup, lights that can't be turned off and a bathroom door that locks itself.

Our stay at the Star Inn was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a half block away from the beach and close to all the amenities we needed. I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cape May. The room was perfect, offering a romantic atmosphere, which was exactly what I was looking for. The hotel is part of a group that also owns other hotels in the area, and as a guest, I had access to all the amenities of their sister hotel right across the street. The staff at the hotel was friendly and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel had free and plentiful parking, which was convenient. The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the beach and within easy walking distance to many nice shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the bed.

We were looking for solitude and booked a stay at The Star in winter. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the mall and a 3-minute walk to the beach. The room had beautiful natural light and views, and the decor was cozy and roomy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the bed was amazing. We loved the functionality of the facilities and the great use of space in the bathroom. Can't wait to go back!
