The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, especially for exploring the campus. We were able to roll out of bed and start our campus tour right next door. the hotel also offered complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the room decor was nice and the staff, both student and non-student, were very friendly.

I had an amazing time celebrating my 30th birthday at this hotel. The modern decor and luxurious bathrooms were top-notch. The staff made my day even more special by surprising me with a delicious complimentary cheese plate. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city with quick Uber rides.

Although the hotel had a convenient on-campus location, the staff could have been more welcoming and pleasant. Additionally, there were minor issues like receiving a subpar dinner recommendation and not initially having enough pillows.

The location of the hotel could not be better when visiting Cornell. The valet parking was very handy as the car park was a little way from the hotel. We also enjoyed speaking with current students of Cornell who work in the hotel. It gave a lovely insight into the academic life. Dinner and Breakfast were both excellent, with several choices including cocktails and wine. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were courteous and attentive. Our 9th floor room had a spectacular view over the campus, with a bonus sunset.
