We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Maddi, went above and beyond to ensure we had a personalized and enjoyable experience. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room layout was perfect for our family of three. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations and the restaurant was also top-notch. Parking was easy and the valet parking attendants were exceptional. The hotel's location in the Domain area was convenient, with easy access to the party area in downtown as well as the great nightlife this city has to offer.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything from the moment we checked in was exceptional. The front desk staff, especially Maggie, were welcoming and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The lobby had a great ambience, with a local guitarist performing, and we were even provided with complimentary drinks vouchers for the lobby bar. The room was clean and well-stocked with essential amenities, including a lavender oil roll-on stick for a relaxing sleep. The hotel's location in the heart of the Domain made it very convenient for us to walk to shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we highly recommend trying their belgian waffles. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning in the future.

It was conveniently located near popular attractions and shopping centers, making it easy to get around and explore. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my Christmas stay was enjoyable and memorable.

One downside was the lack of clear instructions for the amenities in the room. I had trouble figuring out how to turn off the lights above the bed and had to unplug them to sleep.
