The staff at Westin was exceptional, especially Manny who helped us with our luggage. The location was perfect, just a short distance away from the Spectrum Center where we wanted to go. The room service after the concert was prompt and the delivery was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel for future visits to Charlotte.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right across the street from the Convention Center and on the edge of Uptown. It was very convenient for exploring downtown, whether it be the offices, restaurants, or breweries. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and informative staff to the quick response of guest services. They even graciously upgraded our room and gave us a late check-out after a billing mishap. The amenities were impressive, with a range of services like room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The room itself was spacious and had a stunning view.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few minor issues. We were initially woken up by construction noise, but the problem was quickly and effectively resolved by the staff.
