I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to the nearby shops and restaurants in the very desirable Back Bay neighborhood. I loved that I didn't have to go outside on a rainy day because this place is connected to various shops and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance from the main places, making it a really great place to stay. The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

I was slightly disappointed that the housekeeping never showed up to clean the room even though we informed them of our departure. However, this small issue didn't really affect my overall positive impression of the hotel.

The Westin Copley Place offers a large room with great views and a perfect location for those taking a train in the morning. The hotel also has a connecting pedestrian bridge to a nearby center, where guests can enjoy breakfast at the popular "Au Bon Pain" restaurant. The hotel is known to attract well-healed families with smartly attired children, making it a pleasant and upscale environment.

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple's getaway. The rooms are spacious and well designed, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The gym is excellent, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The executive studio and the Corner King are recommended for their amenities, and both have fantastic views of the city.

The hotel lacks room slippers, which would have been a nice touch for guests.

The amenities offered were great, including a nice gym with lots of equipment, such as kettlebells, medicine balls, and TRX bands. there were complimentary snacks and drinks available. the location was superb, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. the breathtaking view from the room was a great bonus.

The thin walls made it difficult to have a good night's sleep, as hallway noises were easily heard. the cleaning service was quite early and disrupted my morning.
