The hotel staff, including the cleaning and room service staff, were professional, courteous, and respected our need for privacy. The hotel offered amenities such as a comfortable bed, cable TV with Showtime, and a wonderful shower with great water pressure. The artistic design throughout the hotel was lovely and upbeat, with beautiful art. The restaurant served delicious food, and the attentive staff accommodated my food allergies. The front desk staff and hotel driver were informative, polite, and went out of their way to provide exceptional service. everybody at the hotel made us feel important and well taken care of.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and I had a great experience. The location was ideal, right across from a lovely park and close to the federal courthouse downtown. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also had a great restaurant and bar/lounge area, where I enjoyed a delicious meal and happy hour specials. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The only downside I can think of is that the hotel does not allow pets. However, this is not a problem for me, as I do not have any pets.

Got two free drinks at the bar for Thanksgiving, and a complimentary slice of pie. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops, and had a shuttle service available. Room was spacious and comfortable.

This place has an excellent location near the courthouse and a beautiful park, which made our stay here very convenient. The service was top-notch, especially with the room service and car hire. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, providing us with a welcome drink and happy hour. The amenities in the room were great, including a flat-screen TV, in-room safe, and free toiletries. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and library.

Lack of Communication , the hotel staff failed to provide clear instructions or communicate important information. From locating the entrance to understanding the elevator system, there were multiple instances where better communication could have avoided confusion and frustration.
