Nothing could have been better.

The room had a distant view of the bay and carpark but lacked the promised intercoastal views. The check-in process was confusing and led to a double payment. The money has yet to be refunded after 10 days.

I had a great overall experience during my stay at the Westin. The hotel room was modern and recently renovated, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The buffet-style meals were delicious. The hotel's location, right across from the beach and close to the airport and restaurants, was perfect. The amenities like the gym and pool were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

Our stay at Westin was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was memorable. The location of the hotel, just steps away from the beach, was perfect. We were lucky to have a room on the 10th floor with a stunning ocean view. The hotel staff, especially the pool attendant and one of the bellmen, were friendly, cheerful. The reception staff was also welcoming and made us feel like valued guests. The exceptional service from the entire team truly made our stay unforgettable.

We had a fantastic family stay with our kids at this beachfront resort. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the $5 donation program for skipping daily housekeeping was a great initiative. The facility was spotlessly clean, and the staff, including Daniel at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the spa, and Annetta provided excellent service. it was a wonderful weekend getaway and we have already recommended this hotel to our friends.

I really enjoyed the prime location of this hotel, with its beachfront view and proximity to the airport. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the ocean. It was clean and well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay.

One downside was that the rooms were not soundproofed well enough. I could hear people in the hallway even if they weren't being very loud, which was a bit bothersome.

Great ocean view room, but noisy due to adjoining metal door. Staff handled noise issue promptly. New bar and restaurant on street level are excellent. Wayne at Lona restaurant provided exceptional service and delicious Mexican food. Beach is conveniently across the street.

The hotel's location close to the beach is unbeatable, with direct access to the beach and a sky-walk to get there easily. Guests can also enjoy a range of amenities on-site, like the pool, spa, gym, restaurants, and Starbucks. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with super comfy beds.

Some guests had issues with the valet parking service and damage to vehicles, which can be a downside for those who prefer to park their own car.

My husband and I recently stayed at The Westin for a relaxing beach getaway. The view from our corner suite was absolutely amazing, especially during the breathtaking sunrises. The hotel's location was excellent, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to delicious restaurants with beach views. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, offering free beach towels and bicycle rentals for guests. We also enjoyed the hotel's Mexican restaurant, which had delicious food and beautiful views. The yoga classes with ocean views were a great bonus too. We can't wait to visit again!
