As a solo traveler, I loved the hidden gem feel of the hotel. The view of the river was stunning, creating a relaxing atmosphere just with the sound of the running water. The staff, especially the doorman, were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel check-in area smelled amazing with its signature white tea scent. The room was clean and modern, with all the amenities I needed. Additionally, there were great restaurants nearby for a delicious meal.

Best aspects of our romantic escape were the beautiful river views from our balcony and the excellent customer service. the hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and recognized. the location was also a key factor, as it was a quiet area just a short distance from downtown, allowing us to relax and unwind without the hustle and bustle of the city.

Worst aspects of our stay were the outdated facilities and the noisy air conditioning unit. the hotel could benefit from some renovations, especially in the carpets and furniture, as they showed signs of wear and tear.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, right off the highway and next to a busy freeway. Despite this, it was surprisingly quiet and private. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. They even offer 24-hour cart rides between the parking lot and the lobby. I appreciated the free parking and Wi-Fi, especially as a Bon Voy member. The hotel facilities were clean and well cared for, including my spacious room. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a clean and romantic claw foot bathtub. The hotel also offered beautiful views of the river, and even the non-river side rooms had pleasant views of trees.

We also appreciated the little touches like the great pillows and the lovely garden furniture outside. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the vintage claw foot bathtub added a romantic touch. The location was great, offering a quiet and private atmosphere. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided 24-hour cart rides to and from the parking lot. Free parking and Wi-Fi were a bonus. The facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were well-maintained and inviting. The in-room amenities, such as the travel size products and relaxing White Tea scent, were a delightful touch.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering more variety.

Staying by the river was marvelous with its walking trail and gorgeous pier views. The location was so convenient, being right by the downtown area and freeway access. I loved the stylish and well-equipped rooms with a fresh aroma, modern amenities and clean, well-stoked bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with first-rate service. I was genuinely pleased with the facilities, including a great restaurant and friendly valet service.

I would have preferred more security in the parking lot.
