The hotel is located near excellent restaurants and convenient to the theatre with close by shopping centers. However, thin walls lead to a lack of privacy and noise disturbance from neighbouring guests.

The room I stayed in was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel offers great facilities such as a pool and a patio with a beautiful waterfall.

The mixed drinks at the hotel bar were inconsistent in terms of the amount of alcohol poured into them, which was below the standard portion one would expect.

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The front desk and door staff were informative and nice. We loved that we could park directly in front to load and unload our car. The proximity to the beach and mall was great. The pool looked inviting, although we spent most of our time at the beach. The rooms had good window views and we appreciated the blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was relaxing. The iron, couch, chairs, and fridge in the room were all useful amenities. The hotel had a family-friendly atmosphere and we enjoyed hearing children having fun. The benches outside were a nice place to sit and wait for transportation. we would be open to staying here again.

The location couldn't be better , right next to a huge shopping mall and lots of restaurants. It's a great spot for families, with a lovely pool that the kids will love. Plus, the food at the hotel was really good, with plenty of options to choose from.

There were a few issues during my stay that left a sour taste. there was a mix, up with the room reservation because I booked through a third, party website.

The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to the Segrestrom Center and South Coast Plaza, allowing us to easily attend our panel discussion and sell our books. Additionally, the hotel had great proximity to the beach and offered convenient parking. The room was clean and comfortable, with blackout curtains that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We also appreciated the amenities, such as the relaxing shower, good iron, and handy fridge. the hotel provided an enjoyable and convenient experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport for a quick city break, and I had a wonderful experience. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made check, in and check, out a breeze. the lobby was beautiful, and I enjoyed having lunch at the lobby bar where the waiter/bartender provided excellent service. One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel had a document scanning service, which was handled quickly and professionally. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with the performing arts center right outside, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment. I had a great time during my stay.

There were a few things that I didn't find satisfactory during my stay. the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing.
