I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Maya, went above and beyond to assist my elderly aunt and showed utmost patience and compassion. The hotel facilities were great; I was pleased to find a car rental place in the building, which was very useful. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was clean. The location was perfect for the many companies located in the western suburbs of Boston, making it convenient for business travelers. I also enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, making my stay even more pleasant.

The hotel also offered bottled water in the room without any extra charge. The location was convenient and offered easy access to key attractions in the city. The friendly and courteous front desk staff provided excellent customer service.

The hotel seemed to be understaffed in certain areas, such as the restaurant and housekeeping, resulting in longer wait times for services like extra towels and made-to-order food. Another drawback was the $100 credit card hold that was not released even a day after check-out.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were spacious with nice beds. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area.

One negative aspect of my stay was that the housekeeper left my room door open, which was a major security concern. Another downside was the lack of a radio in the room, making it difficult to enjoy some relaxing music.

Great location just a short drive from Boston. Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with my room being occupied, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and even upgraded me to a higher floor. Having a Starbucks in the hotel and a nice restaurant was a bonus. The staff at the reservation desk went above and beyond their duties.
