The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were great. The breakfast offered a reasonable choice and was included in the price. The staff, including Li-Chinna Smith at the front desk and Gary Frazer as a bellman, were fantastic and provided excellent service.

It's close enough to all the action, but still offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff here is amazing, always friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service from start to finish. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The overall cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. Key Card Issues: We had to get our key cards reset every time we left the hotel as they would demagnetize easily. It was inconvenient to have to keep going to the front desk to get them fixed.
