I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lincoln Park area just a block off of Clark. It's in a great location, close to the universities we toured, the Lincoln Park Zoo, and Lake Michigan. The hotel itself is unique and charming, with a beautiful facade in the Boystown neighborhood on Surf Street. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a good selection of options. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location couldn't have been better. It was within walking distance of numerous stores, great restaurants, and even a movie theater. Lastly, the staff and service were top-notch. They allowed us to check in early, which was a huge convenience, and their friendly and helpful attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room were adequate and the staff made sure that everything was taken care of.

Stumbled across this gem by chance and so glad I did. The vintage property exudes charm and character, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Even though the room was a bit cold and the soundproofing wasn't perfect, the overall experience was delightful. I recommend Willows.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the free coffee available all day and the complimentary cookies in the afternoon. The location was very convenient for us as it was in a walkable neighborhood with a variety of ethnic food options nearby. Additionally, we found it convenient that the hotel was right next to the alley.

I had a great stay at a charming hotel in a beautiful area. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and a lovely lake trail all within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, and I even had access to a local gym nearby. The hotel's atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Despite being an old building, the hotel had great accommodations and affordable in-room snacks. it was a wonderful experience.

As for food for breakfast, it would have been nice to have a little something extra, like a pastry or a cookie, to go with the complimentary coffee.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the Lincoln Park area with great access to public transport, numerous restaurants and amazing attractions like the Zoolights and Christkindlmarket. The rooms are spacious, the bedding comfortable, and some rooms have a French country décor. The staff is friendly, and the free Wi-Fi works great.

I recently stayed at The Willows in Chicago for a few days while exploring the city. The staff, Dan and Juan, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great recommendations. While there wasn't tea and coffee in the room, they always had it available for free in the reception area, along with warm fresh cookies at 4pm every day! The hotel's location was perfect for us, within walking distance of Wrigleys field and easy access to downtown via bus or Divvy bikes. The neighborhood was clean and safe, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. a clean, friendly hotel with great value for money.
