What a nice place! We enjoyed our stay at The Zen Inn. The staff in the lobby were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the little extras like complimentary water bottles, snacks, and quality bath products. The breakfast, although we didn't get to experience it fully, was included in our stay and we heard good things about it. a great place to stay in Palo Alto with a central location, friendly staff, and fantastic amenities.

The rooms were modern and well-designed, with comfortable beds and L'occitane amenities. the location was convenient, close to shops, gas stations, and Stanford Hospital. the complimentary breakfast buffet had a variety of fresh options, not just continental.

The air conditioner in the room was loud and cycled on and off frequently. It would run until the room became freezing, then turn off until it became stuffy again.

The room is spacious, equipped with modern amenities, and has a touch of luxury with robes and toiletries. The breakfast buffet is diverse and offers a healthy selection of food, and cookies are available in the afternoons.

The exercise room can be too cold for some guests to use.

We had a fantastic stay at The Zen Hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything in an interesting neighborhood with a diverse collection of restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we were even allowed to use the breakfast area to celebrate my husband's birthday with cake and ice cream. It was a nice touch and made for a memorable experience. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent guest experience, and the value for money was outstanding.
