I was impressed with the facilities at this stylish hotel. The fitness center and pool were great and I loved relaxing at Mamey on 3rd. The staff was attentive to my needs, promptly bringing me cutlery when requested. I would definitely come back. highly recommended.

Located near the university, this hotel is convenient for visiting students and faculty. Close to a variety of eating places and stores. Rooms have a nice feel and decor, and some include outdoor pool access. Bathrooms come stocked with plenty of towels. The restaurant is also a standout, offering great food and beverages.

Some aspects need improvement, such as slow service recovery and limited amenities in the room.

The staff at the Database Staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom mirror was a favorite feature. The Mamey restaurant served quality lunch and dinner, and the Orno restaurant provided a great dining experience. The coffee in the lobby was strong and delicious. The hotel also had a nice bar on the 3rd floor and in the restaurant. For business travelers, the proximity to the University of Miami was a plus.

We had an amazing experience here! The location was great and allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered us a welcome drink upon arrival! Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. We also enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor heated swimming pool with sun loungers. this place provides exceptional service and quality for guests.

Celebrated our New Year’s Eve at this hotel. Enjoyed the complimentary champagne toast and late checkout offered. the location was perfect for exploring local restaurants and nightlife. the pool was a great place to relax during the day.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, with essentials not refilled, towels not restocked, and bathroom not always cleaned. Valet parking was disorganized and slow.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train route and the highway, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome upon arrival. The property had a chic boutique feel, with well-maintained grounds and a manicured appearance.
