The management team does an excellent job of maintaining the property, from the gated entrance to the common areas. The people who manage and maintain the resort, such as Gerry, Ken, Karen, and Sandra. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a mix of RVs, motor homes, and park models. We enjoyed the numerous activities available, especially during the winter when snowbirds flock to the resort. The location is also great, serving as a good base to explore Florida's attractions. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Three Lakes - RV Resort.

Great Place for our winter home. The park is in a great location and the cottages are very clean and have everything you will ever need. The office staff is great and goes out of there way. Karen help me with directions to many restaurants. Sandra was a great help printing out airline tickets and amusement park tickets for us. The grounds were kept up and the cottages were so clean. Can't wait for next year.

The description states that the cottages will "comfortably accommodate up to four guests. " Unfortunately, the mattress in the sleeper-sofa isn't fit for human use.
