I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I was able to walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff here were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I felt right at home in this beautiful and quaint hotel.

I was a bit disappointed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned and the drinking cups weren't replaced. However, this shouldn't deter you from staying here.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the city for my second trip to SF. The location was perfect for exploring and we found a delightful brunch place right next door, Taylor Street Coffee shop. The room was spacious and the bar staff were friendly. The restaurant had delicious food and we enjoyed the convenience of charging it to the room. The hotel was also conveniently close to Union Square and the cable car. The reception staff provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. our stay at this hotel was fantastic and I have no complaints whatsoever. If we ever return, we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel offered free coffee and tea in the lobby which was great for those early morning starts. The location was excellent as it was close to many shops and restaurants. The room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed which was perfect after a long day.

The noise level was very high. I could hear every conversation and door slam from the neighboring rooms.

Despite the nearby rough area, I felt safe and found it convenient to access all the sites of interest. The room was clean and minimalist, with a touch of nostalgic charm. This place has a great location, right near all the shops and restaurants. It's really convenient, just a short walk from the train station and cable cars. Despite there being a lot of homeless people in the area, we felt safe and the hotel itself was very clean. The staff here were extremely helpful, especially Kemal at the front desk. Plus, there's a cute little hummingbird garden that adds a nice touch to the place.
