Everything was awesome! Friendly staff, clean and comfy room, great coffee and s’mores, absolute seclusion, abundance of activities, beautiful mountain skyline.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The lodge had a bookcase full of books and games for longer stays. Convenient location close to downtown and various activities.

Great value for the money, with a clean and comfortable room that had convenient kitchen facilities. The location was convenient, close to downtown and many activities. The staff, particularly the gentleman who checked us in, was very personable and provided excellent customer service, giving us helpful recommendations and advice.

I had a fantastic stay! The owners went out of their way to make me feel at home. The loft I stayed in was super cute and perfect. The location was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, nestled between the mountains and next to the river. The hotel facilities were great, with a small restaurant that provided a very enjoyable dining experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even had little extra touches like free bags of s'mores for roasting by the fire. The hotel was also conveniently located near surrounding towns and close to the river trail. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the room had a pleasant scent. I would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Timber Ridge Lodge. The staff was incredibly helpful and even called us with tips for exploring the area. They were also kind enough to move us to a more accessible room when they saw my cane. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Mike at the front desk was friendly and surprised my girlfriend with chocolates for her birthday. The hotel is conveniently located near the Hot Springs and downtown. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the recommended restaurant. We will definitely return!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds that provided enough room for our family. the friendly staff made us feel welcome and gave us helpful tips on local attractions. We also enjoyed the fire pit and sitting area, which provided a relaxing space to unwind. One great advantage was the proximity to a hiking trail across the road, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the beautiful natural surroundings.

We loved staying at this venue. It was located near everything and it was close to downtown which was very convenient. The room amenities, including ironing facilities and air conditioning, were fantastic. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace with the garden furniture. The staff was helpful and the leisure facilities like hiking and cycling were great. We highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at this lodge was fantastic. The location was just perfect, right along the river and slightly outside the busy downtown. Even though it was next to a busy highway, the well-insulated rooms made for a quiet stay. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I loved the clean and comfortable rooms, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. The outdoor fire pit was a great addition that made for a fun evening with friends.

The absence of a way to ventilate the room naturally made me slightly uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at a charming lodge in Ouray! the owners were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. the lodge's location was perfect, just a short distance from downtown Ouray. We loved being able to walk around and explore the town easily. Additionally, the lodge had a cozy outdoor area with fire pits, which was perfect for enjoying s'mores and relaxing by the fire.

The only downside we experienced was the occasional sewer smell coming from the bathroom. However, the staff was quick to address the issue and tried their best to resolve it.

This hotel has a great location, right by the river and next to a busy highway. You can walk along the trail to town or take a stroll to the Hot Springs water park. The room I stayed in was very clean and came with an amazing kitchenette - perfect for a small town stay. The view of ConocoPhillips was stunning!

I recently stayed at Timber Ridge Lodge for a short getaway. The owners, Julie and Brian, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From the cup of hot chocolate at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local activities and dining, they provided fantastic hospitality. The cozy lobby with complimentary coffee was a nice touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location near the river and walking trail was convenient, and I loved relaxing on the porch chairs. I will definitely be returning to this charming lodge.
