Our room had no air conditioning during a heatwave, making it uncomfortably hot. Even after a portable unit was brought in, the high ceilings and open floor plan made it ineffective. Sleeping arrangements became a challenge due to the lack of cool air circulation. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

The views of the mountains from the courtyard and pond were breathtaking, providing a romantic backdrop for our escape. the on-site gym and pool were impressively clean, and we enjoyed taking advantage of the included freedom pass for hikes in the area. the location in the White Mountain area added a touch of tranquility to our stay.
