I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my trip to Boise and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the value for money was excellent, with prices that were much more reasonable compared to other hotels in the downtown area. Secondly, the attention to detail by the staff was impressive, making sure that everything was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great-very close to downtown and Boise State University, in a safe area. I found that this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast options were a bit limited for those with dietary restrictions.

The hotel had a great location and lots of parking availability, which made our stay convenient. We loved that it was within walking distance to the event we were there for, and we even discovered a new restaurant just a block away that we had a delicious dinner at. Additionally, the staff was very professional and courteous, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. The breakfast lacked options for those with dietary restrictions, such as a paleo, gluten-free, or dairy-free diet.

This hotel was fantastic for access and egress in your vehicle. The location was great for exploring the downtown area and we were able to walk everywhere with no problems. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the basic amenities met our needs. Despite the breakfast not being anything to write home about, the hot offerings like fried eggs and sausage, waffles, cereals, and assorted breads were decent. Additionally, the value for money was good, as the prices were affordable.

Although the hotel was in disrepair with minor issues like a loose faucet in the bathroom, water damage to the mirror, and holes in the back of the bathroom door, overall.

The suite we stayed in at Towneplace Suites was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. We had a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, fridge, microwave, and sink. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the recent remodel. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to downtown, the university, and the airport. We were able to explore the area on foot, thanks to its close proximity to restaurants, shops, and brewpubs. Additionally, the free shuttle service to and from the airport was a great convenience. Throughout our stay, we had access to coffee all day, which was a thoughtful touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure visits in Boise.

Our purpose was for a concert at extramile arena. The staff was friendly and amazing, allowing us to do an early check-in. The location was perfect, close to bus stops, food, shops, and just a 17-minute walk to the arena. Our room had everything we needed for a longer stay, including a full fridge, microwave, and a dining table. The beds were comfy and we slept straight through the night.

The room wasn't as clean as expected, with noticeable dust and stains on the furnishings. the bed was uncomfortable and creaky, which made it difficult to have a peaceful and relaxing sleep during our romantic escape.
