Check, in and check, out were smooth and hassle, free. the breakfast was absolutely amazing, one of the best I've ever had! the hotel's location was perfect, with essential amenities, restaurants, and shops all within a short walking distance. the full kitchen in the room was a great advantage, and made our stay more convenient.

The room size was a bit small and outdated, but still had all the necessary amenities. the pullout sofa was a bit cramped, and if used, your feet would be close to the TV.

This hotel in Florida exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic, especially considering it was high season. I stayed at Towneplace Suites for a week for a family vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful, except for one incident where a woman insulted my wife. The breakfast choices were great and we loved the gym, business center, and lobby store. The room layout was perfect and we appreciated how close it was to the front desk. The working desk arrangement, lighting, and wall decor added a nice touch. The cleanliness was top-notch and the towels were always replenished without us having to ask. The kitchen was even better in person and the kids absolutely loved it. we felt safe and had a great "at home" feeling.

The granite countertops in the kitchen and the sink in the bathroom added a touch of luxury. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room daily and even put our dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The location in the beautiful city of Weston, with a grocery store and restaurants across the street, was perfect for our needs.

I had a fantastic experience at Towneplace Suites. During my stay, the air conditioner in my room was not working properly, but with just one call to the front desk, the registration manager, Mr Patrick, quickly resolved the issue. The staff at the front desk was kind, professional, and efficient during check-in.

Although I did have a couple of minor issues during my stay, such as a malfunctioning lock on the door and missing bedding for the sofa bed, they were quickly resolved by the front desk. These were only small inconveniences and didn't impact my overall positive experience.
