The pool area was fantastic, with crystal clear water and plenty of seating. The BBQ grill was a nice touch and made for a great outdoor dining experience. Also, the hotel felt very safe and secure throughout our stay.

There were a few issues with our stay. The front desk representative was difficult at check-in, causing unnecessary stress.

The location is a major plus, as it is very near to a variety of activities and stores, including the HEB grocery store. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the breakfast served, which provided a convenient start to our day.

Our romantic escape was complemented by the presence of two complementary facts - the kitchenette and reliable fast internet. The hotel is also situated in a quiet location that provided a serene atmosphere. it offered a well-equipped gym that helped us to keep fit.

We disliked the air conditioner that kept making noise the entire night, making it hard to get a restful sleep. The staff at the front desk were not that welcoming, and we had to initiate our conversations and requests for them to take notice.

The staff, especially Petra, were accommodating and friendly. The room had a good size fridge and the staff promptly provided clean linens when needed.
