We had a fantastic stay at Towneplace Suites! The location was perfect, with easy access to the highways and various parts of the city. The breakfast room and food options exceeded our expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and well-equipped fitness room, where I had it all to myself every time I exercised. Our city view room offered a nice view, and the overall cleanliness and amenities of the room, along with the comfortable bed, made our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the pleasant bar on site. The hotel really offered excellent value for the price, and we can't thank the staff enough for their professional and courteous assistance throughout our stay.

Although the hotel was advertised as being within walking distance to downtown, I found it to be a bit longer than expected, especially in the Tennessee heat. However, taking a Lyft to Broadway and other places was a convenient alternative.

The Wi-Fi is fast, and the 24-hour reception is extremely helpful. Luggage storage, a business centre, and express check-in/out are also available. There is a flat-screen TV in the room, and the lift makes it easy to access. The kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and cookware is very convenient. Board games are provided for entertainment. Wheelchair access is available, and pets are allowed. The air conditioning ensures comfort, and there is a designated no-smoking policy on-site.
