The room was beautiful and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The hotel is clean and nice, with friendly staff and a safe environment. Breakfast was good with a variety of options including bagels, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal. The staff were helpful and informative, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is excellent for easy access to downtown Orlando, and there is construction to entertain the kids.

Felt completely relaxed, no reason to complain.

The rooms were beautifully designed and spacious, with a kitchenette that allowed us to prepare meals for our children. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, giving us peace of mind during our stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests for extra towels and pillows. The breakfast provided a variety of options, from bagels and eggs to yogurt and fruit. Our kids loved watching the construction activity from the hotel window.

The parking situation was a bit challenging, especially when arriving late at night and struggling to find a spot.

Great location near downtown, proximity to medical facility not noticeable on weekends. Beautiful, clean rooms with kitchenette. Good breakfast options. Friendly and informative staff. Secure key system. Construction but kids enjoyed watching.

This hotel was such a great find! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. Plus, having a kitchen area was a major plus for keeping cool drinks on hand. Additionally, we really appreciated the hotel's attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. And, of course, we loved that breakfast was included--what a great value!

All was good--we had a really pleasant stay at this hotel.

The room design at Towneplace Suites was impressive. I loved the kitchenette and the bed was extremely comfortable. The security feature of the elevators only working with your room key gave me peace of mind.

Additionally, the pool had debris from the prior day and there was some hair on the bathroom wall.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are extremely warm and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast had everything we needed to start our day energized. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located close to key attractions which made it easy to get around. the place was really clean which made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay.

The only issue we faced was parking. When we arrived late at night, we found it hard to find parking and the night auditor was extremely rude when we asked for help with this issue.
