I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Paula at check-in. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely pool area and a well-equipped gym. The room had everything I needed and felt like my own apartment. The location was convenient, close to some good sit-down restaurants and an Indian market.

The customer service was exceptional, especially when I was sick and they promptly accommodated me with a complimentary room to avoid getting others sick. The breakfast was delicious and the property was well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and outstanding customer service.

Great complementary snacks in the room and good coffee! the hotel is located near a lot of fun bars and restaurants, so we had plenty to do in the evenings. the free Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to.

During our recent trip to Dallas, we stayed at Towneplace Suites for a few nights. The hotel gave us a welcoming and homely vibe, making us feel like we were in our own apartment rather than at a regular hotel. The spacious rooms allowed the kids to play freely, and we enjoyed being able to watch our favorite shows on the TV by logging into our own Hulu and Netflix accounts. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast selection was great, and we appreciated the birthday present we received upon check-in.

We can definitely recommend this hotel - it is located in a quiet area and provides everything you need in your room. The pool area and gym are also lovely if you wish to use them.
