The price for the suite was great and it was absolutely gorgeous - clean and new. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel suite!! Everything was very clean & very new. Stayed comfortably with 3 adults & 2 kids in a 2 bedroom suite. Full kitchen with all the amenities of home. Exceptionally clean, nice hot breakfast included, great location near Little Caesars Arena and the zoo. Perfect for families wanting to stay a few days.

Easy to reach from the airport, straight commute to events in Ann Arbor. Pleasant surprise with clean kitchen and dishes done. Gorgeous and clean suite with comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchenette and delicious complimentary breakfast. Two bathrooms were a bonus.

Julie, the Assistant General Manager, Ben, the General Manager, and our housekeeper Brianna were all friendly. They made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Additionally, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with restaurants and activities nearby. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including eggs, sausage, yogurt, and a waffle maker. I would highly recommend this hotel for its superb customer service, cleanliness, and excellent amenities.

Hidden gem with excellent customer service

I had the pleasure of staying at this hidden gem of a hotel during my recent trip. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the superb customer service provided by the staff, especially Sara at the front desk. The room was immaculately clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and a large coffee pot.

I traveled with a group of youth girls for a cheer competition and we stayed at Towneplace Suites. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful when we had a flat tire, allowing us to stay with the other coach while the tow truck arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The surprise of having two separate bedrooms with queen beds was a treat. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely choose this hotel again for its comfort, amenities, and helpful staff.

The hotel had a kitchen with dishes and a nice sized refrigerator, which was convenient for storing and preparing food. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Additionally, the rooms were always clean and well-maintained.

The staff at the hotel were not very responsive or helpful. There were long wait times at the front desk, and it often seemed like there was only one person working at the entire hotel.
