We loved how spacious and clean the room was, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows and bedding. It was also very quiet, even though we were on the ground floor. The temperature in the room was perfect, and there was hot water for a long shower. The hotel's location was great for our visit to the national park, and we found the rate to be surprisingly reasonable. We enjoyed having a kitchen in our suite, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. The breakfast choices were nice, especially the frittatas and the milk options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their assistance with finding pots and pans for our kitchen needs.

As a tourist, I really loved the comfortable beds and the opportunity to use the outdoor barbecue facilities at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a fun addition. The staff were helpful and accommodating, providing great suggestions for nearby restaurants and assisting with any issues that arose. I also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, making it even more convenient for travelers with pets. Another bonus was the convenient location near Theodore Roosevelt National Park, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Friendly Staff and Spacious Rooms.

Good value, clean and comfortable room. Pleasant, good size room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, free parking and an adequate breakfast included at a fairly low price. That's why we stay at similarly priced Marriott properties when we are traveling and just need a decent place to spend a night or two.

Cleaning issues, room not being clean, dusty bathroom fan, a little dirt and a hair or two in the tub, bit of dust collected in some corners of the room. Also, some amenities like the spa/hot tub availability are hit-or-miss and the noisy elevator shimmy were not ideal.

I traveled to Theodore Roosevelt National Park and stayed at Towneplace Suites for two nights. The staff was accommodating with restaurant suggestions and fixed a cable TV issue promptly. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet on the ground floor. Comfy bed, hot shower, and plenty of towels. Convenient location and pet-friendly.

The kitchenette was perfect with a full-size fridge and stove top, and even a dishwasher. The heated pool was clean and my daughter loved it. Staff was friendly and breakfast was plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel despite some minor cleanliness issues.

Nice breakfast choices, especially the frittatas and variety of milk. Helpful front desk staff sold us stamps and mailed our postcards. Recommended on social media.
