We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, the hotel facilities, and the location close to the beach. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, and the hotel had a great selection of amenities. We also loved that it was only 15 minutes away from a beautiful beach. Another positive aspect was the breakfast, which was one of the best complimentary breakfasts we have had. The staff was amazing and super friendly, making our stay even better. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The hotel offered clean and beautiful facilities with a friendly and excellent staff. The pool and cooking areas were clean, and the separate bedroom and full-sized kitchen in the apartment-style room were highly appreciated. The breakfast was good, and the location was conveniently only 15 minutes away from Surfside beach.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to many renovated restaurants and just a short 10-minute drive to the beach. I also loved the convenience of having a kitchen in the room and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

Tremendous Hospitality: The front desk agent was incredibly nice and helpful in advice on what to do, and any small issues with the reservation were quickly taken care of by the manager. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was better than expected.

No Room at The Inn: The hotel overbooked and did not have a room for my co-worker even though it was confirmed on the app. This was very disappointing and we had to move to a different hotel.

The staff can be loud and obnoxious, especially when off-duty employees gather and curse. Lack of basic supplies in the room's kitchenette and clueless front desk about providing them.

This hotel is amazing! ! the rooms are basically apartments with separate bedrooms, full kitchens, and even sofa beds for the kids. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. the location is perfect--only a short drive to the beach and plenty of great local restaurants. Plus, the noise level was very low-key, making for a peaceful stay.

The pictures online were a bit outdated and did not accurately reflect that the hot tub had been removed. my room was not cleaned on Saturday despite my request.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our weekend shopping trip. The location was perfect, being close to the mall and surrounded by great restaurants. The renovated rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, and a cozy living area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially to our grandson, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had. Plus, the short 10-minute drive to the beach was an added bonus.

We were disappointed to find out that the hotel no longer had a hot tub, as shown in the pictures online.
