J'ai passé un séjour fantastique à Tulum. Le personnel du complexe était incroyablement réactif et à l'écoute. Même après plusieurs annulations sur d'autres plateformes de réservation, ils ont trouvé une solution pour moi à 23h. Un grand merci à eux ! L'appartement était spacieux, bien équipé, propre et très confortable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la belle piscine et les installations de l'hôtel. Tout était impeccable et le personnel était toujours prêt à aider.

The hotel had a great location, being very close to the stadium. They offered a complimentary shuttle service to and from the stadium which was very convenient. The indoor and outdoor pools were also a nice feature, giving guests the option to swim regardless of the weather. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious free breakfast, which was a nice perk.

Some aspects of the room were not up to par. In the first room, the toilet didn't flush properly.

I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites in Oxford for a quick weekend getaway. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was incredibly friendly. The bed in my room was super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The on-site breakfast was delicious and gave me the perfect start to my day. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and in a convenient location for exploring the area. it was just what I needed to recharge after a busy week.

This hotel was a great value for money. Not only were the prices reasonable, but the attention to detail and basic amenities were fantastic. The rooms were super clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Plus, the location on the outskirts of town, right across from the convention center, was perfect for our needs.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped rooms at Towneplace Suites. The kitchen was a great addition and the sound insulation was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always friendly and helpful. The outdoor patio with grills was a nice bonus for socializing and cooking. we were extremely satisfied with our accommodations.

Drawbacks: While the property was generally well-maintained, there were a few issues that detracted from our stay. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the refrigerator wasn't working, and the disposal in the kitchen sink was also malfunctioning.

The hotel location was excellent for exploring Oxford. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding and the staff, especially Richard, were welcoming and accommodating. The room design was well thought out and perfect for both short and extended stays. I had a restful night's sleep in the comfortable bed and had everything I needed before I even checked in. Despite a couple of issues, the staff were patient and quick to fix any problems that arose. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly front desk staff who had our room ready. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a full kitchen, two queen beds, a desk, and a large bathroom. The hotel facilities were in order, with a well-stocked coffee bar offering both regular and decaf coffee. We were pleased to find that the coffee pot was plugged in and had the correct time. Additionally, the availability of adult-type soda at the front desk was a nice touch. The hotel's location, right across the street from the convention center and close to downtown, was convenient for our visit.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had everything I needed in the room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, and silverware. The coffee in the morning was delicious and the breakfast was tasty. The staff, especially Richard, provided excellent service and made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again!
